About the Principal Attorney
A. John Kim
Principal Attorney
Attorney Kim earned his law degree from the University of California College of the Law in San Francisco and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association and the American Bar Association. He has been specializing in federal and immigration law since 2004.
His experience includes working at the California District Court of Appeal, Public Defender’s Office and numerous law firms since 2003. He is an expert in federal law, immigration law, removal/deportation defense, criminal law, corporate law and litigation.
Attorney Kim also serves as Director of the law firm’s pro bono and charity program, Giv2 America, allowing him to utilize his craft in extending legal assistance to those in need.
